Carters are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Umbraco Group, which has been trading as ITM stores, across Auckland and Northland.
The acquisition of The Umbraco Group is Carters’ single largest acquisition in the past 10 years, and the company looks forward to the new opportunities and benefits this addition will bring.
It reinforces Carters’ commitment to grow and expand in the building supplies trade in New Zealand. Like Carters, the Umbraco Group supplies predominantly to trade customers with a small amount of retail customers.
Culture very similar With the culture and values of the two businesses being very similar, the great service and friendly staff aren’t going anywhere, and the trade will still be well looked after. As the company begins to assimilate the ITM sites under the Carters umbrella, it warmly welcomes the new stores on board with the Carters family.
