A new roof is one of the simplest ways to enhance the appearance of any home. A new roof can also add thousands of dollars to the value of a home, and if the correct product is used, it can save thousands more in maintenance and up-keep costs over its lifespan.

That’s why pre-painted metal roofing manufacturer, Pacific Coilcoaters, has produced the ColorCote Re-Roofing Guide.

“We want home owners to have the knowledge and understanding they need to have informed discussions with architects, designers, builders and other tradespeople to get the right roof for their home,” Pacific Coilcoaters NZ sales and marketing manager Tim Rutt says.

“The cost of re-roofing a home with ColorCote pre-painted metal roofing systems is usually a lot less than a new European-designer kitchen or ensuite bathroom. A new roof will lift the value of a property, and will not only look great and but will also provide decades of protection for most people’s biggest and most valuable asset,” he explains.

The guide also features a 13-point step-by-step guide for home owners, design tips and details on the range of more than 80 ColorCote colours and six ColorCote product systems, which are available in steel and aluminium substrates.

The free ColorCote Re-Roofing Guide can be downloaded as a PDF from www.colorcote.co.nz, or can be ordered online to be mailed freepost to any address in New Zealand.
