Turning the outside in, USG Boral was the first in introducing its innovative Partiwall® intertenancy system to the New Zealand market two years ago as a cost-competitive fire and acoustic combination wall system.

Comprising USG Boral’s Shaftliner™ inner panel to provide the main fire rating, the choice is then a range of other USG Boral plasterboard outer linings now available in New Zealand to achieve high acoustic ratings from 58-66 STC, making next door living comfortable.

Twin wall construction, combined with superior acoustics, permits services to be run through both sides of the wall, compared to conventional masonry or pre-cast wall types.

BRANZ-appraised, Partiwall® is a total USG Boral-warrantied system, unlike other hybrid types, providing peace of mind from the one company.
