Riotforce’s new generation of intelligent rebar tying machines are designed to make repetitive reinforcing work faster, easier, and more efficient.
Combining rapid single-handed operation with high-capacity wire magazines and durable brushless motor technology, the new XDL-T25 and XDL-T40 provide a practical alternative to time-consuming manual tying.
XDL-T25 — compact, fast and efficient
Designed for rebar sizes from 8-26mm, the XDL-T25 is the compact option in the range. Each tie takes approximately 0.45 seconds, allowing the machine to complete around three to four times more ties than manual tying.
Depending on battery selection, the XDL-T25 can produce more than 2000 ties with the 18V 2.5Ah battery, or more than 4000 ties with the 18V 5.0Ah battery before recharging. At only 2.6-2.8kg including battery, it combines portability with the speed required for high-volume reinforcing work.
XDL-T40 — built for larger rebar
For heavier reinforcing applications, the XDL-T40 increases the tying capacity for rebar sizes from 12-44mm. Ties are completed in approximately 0.5 seconds, while retaining the same choice of 18V 2.5Ah or 5.0Ah batteries as the smaller model.
The XDL-T40 also features a large-capacity magazine capable of up to 325 ties per coil, reducing the frequency of wire changes and helping operators maintain productivity throughout the job.
Designed around the operator
Productivity isn’t only about speed. Riotforce has incorporated several features aimed at making the machines safer and easier to use throughout the working day.
The dual brushless motor system is designed for durability and longer service life, while single-handed operation helps simplify repetitive tying tasks. A trigger lock provides additional security, and the rear magazine incorporates a hidden locking release lever to help prevent accidental activation.
An integrated screen display provides useful operating information including tension level, tie count and fault codes, giving the operator quick access to machine status.
The machines can also be fitted with a belt attachment for convenient carrying around the job site.
